These terms govern the relationship between Dorqenta s. r. o., Company ID: 56 384 219, with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava (the "Operator"), and users of the dorqenta.com website.
1. Scope of the terms
The website dorqenta.com informs about the upcoming Dorqenta real estate crowdfunding platform and lets interested individuals register on the early investor list through the registration form.
2. Registration
By registering on the list, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and that the data provided is true and complete. Registration does not constitute an investment contract or a binding investment commitment.
3. Investment risk
Investing in real estate projects involves the risk of partial or total loss of invested capital. The value of investments may fluctuate and the investor may not recover the full original amount. Past returns are no guarantee of future returns.
4. Intellectual property
All texts, graphics, logos and other content on dorqenta.com are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the Operator. Any copying, reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
5. Liability
The Operator is not liable for damages caused by website unavailability, technical issues or information obtained from third parties referenced on the site.
6. Supervision and regulation
Dorqenta s. r. o. is registered as a crowdfunding service provider supervised by the National Bank of Slovakia, registration number NBS-CFP/2024/118.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved by Bratislava III City Court as the competent court.
8. Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published at dorqenta.com/en/terms-conditions.
