Privacy policy
Dorqenta s. r. o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 384 219 (the "Controller"), processes your personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection.
1. What data we process
We process the data you provide in the registration form (first name, last name and email address) and technical data related to your visit (IP address, browser type, time of visit).
2. Purpose of processing
We process the data to register you in the early investor list, send information about upcoming projects and meet legal duties arising from the supervision of the National Bank of Slovakia over crowdfunding service providers.
3. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, contract performance under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and the Controller's legitimate interest.
4. Storage period
We keep your data for as long as your consent is in force, no longer than 5 years from the last contact, or for the period required by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to contact@dorqenta.com.
6. Recipients of data
Your data may be passed to vetted processors (hosting provider, email services, accounting services) only to the extent necessary to fulfil the processing purpose.
7. Supervisory authority
If you have doubts about the processing of your personal data you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
